The Special Court decides to lock Jozi Krajë in a cell, who is accused of preparing the conditions to kill the brothers Durim and Valter Bami on behalf of former socialist MP Arben Ndoka.
According to the court's decision, the defendant is charged with the criminal offenses: "Providing conditions and material means to commit murder", to the detriment of citizens Durim Bami and Valter Bami, committed in special cooperation in the form of a structured criminal group, "Structured criminal group" in the form of participation, as well as "Committing criminal offenses by a criminal organization and a structured criminal group".
Kraja was extradited from Switzerland three days ago and will now remain in high-security detention awaiting trial. The criminal group was hit by SPAK after the decryption of the encrypted communications of the Sky ECC platform.
