The four children of 36-year-old Marjola Nakoleci, who was tragically killed in Volos by her husband, Pandeli Nakoleci, are expected to be moved to the island of Skiathos, where their custody will be entrusted to their aunt.
The serious incident occurred last Friday, when the 40-year-old man killed his wife. The family's lawyer was present at the Volos court and announced that the legal process for granting custody to the victim's sister is nearing completion, with only a few details remaining to be resolved.
The final decision is expected to be made tomorrow morning by the Prosecutor's Office of the First Instance Court in Volos.
The Social Service has prepared a positive report for granting custody to the children's aunt, who lives and works in Skiathos.
Also, all four children have expressed their desire to stay with their aunt, although they are still in a state of shock after this serious event.
