Following the scandal that occurred at the IKMT premises, Afrim Qendro has taken immediate administrative measures, suspending Fatmir Meta from his duties until the circumstances of the incident are fully clarified.
As part of the internal investigation, Qendro has also dismissed Klesti Çela from his post, who is suspected of having, together with three other armed individuals, used violence against Meta after a conflict that arose between them over the land issue.
According to the data, the latter's brother, Elgert Bixha, is included in the AKSHI file, where according to SPAK, a criminal group within this institution is suspected of kidnapping businessmen and forcing them to withdraw from public tenders.
