Democratic Party MP Jorida Tabaku has commented on the recent clashes within the Democratic Party. She said that the debates held in the halls do not help the party, but stressed that these discussions should take place within the structures of the Democratic Party.
Tabaku also added that the DP needs more sincerity and to acknowledge the problems it is facing.
"To improve it, to make the DP a governing alternative, let's fight this battle in the DP and for the DP. As long as the debates happen within the party forums, I don't believe there's anything wrong with it," Tabaku said, among other things, in an interview on A2 CNN.
However, although on Sunday Ms. Tabaku found time to be present in a television studio, the day before she did not attend the meeting of her party's parliamentary group.
As has happened on other occasions, at times when debates within the DP are heated and clear positions for or against are required, Tabaku and other similar MPs rush to speak on television about the internal debate, but personally avoid taking positions in party forums. In these cases, banal excuses are often found for not participating in the meeting, as happened last evening with MP Jorida Tabaku.
