Prime Minister Edi Rama has reacted to the Constitutional Court's decision, which temporarily reinstated Belinda Balluku until the case is dealt with on its merits in January.
In the podcast "Flasim", the head of government said, among other things, that this decision eliminated a dangerous precedent.
"A unique precedent in the world was eliminated and a brutality was repelled. In the inter-institutional aspect, this surprise where a prosecutor and a judge took on the powers of the prime minister and parliament, thereby disrupting the state, necessarily requires an inter-institutional reflection.
