The National Bureau of Investigation has reacted after the statements of Prime Minister Edi Rama, who described those who refused to hand over the "patllakes" as brave.
The BKH explains that on November 20, 2025, three investigators went to the Council of Ministers to implement the GJKKO decision to suspend Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku from office. According to security regulations, firearms are not allowed inside the institution and the investigators deposited them in special, secure and monitored premises.
BKH emphasizes that there was no debate or clash with the Republic Guard and that the right to bear arms is based on Law No. 25/2019 on the Judicial Police.
