High Inspector of Justice Artur Metani files the complaint of former Minister of Justice Ulsi Manja against Shkodra prosecutor Elsa Gjeli. The prosecutor was put at the center of accusations by Prime Minister Edi Rama for illegal construction in Theth.
Manja requested the initiation of a disciplinary investigation against Gjeli, but the case has now been archived. According to the law, the minister can appeal to the Supreme Court of Justice. Since Ulsi Manja no longer holds that position, it is up to the new Minister of Justice to evaluate him.
