The tender procedure for the construction of the New Commercial Port in Porto Romano is canceled, after the Archirodon company, which was the only one in the competition, did not submit its financial offer on March 9.
The tender procedures are being investigated by SPAK after a complaint from one of the companies that was disqualified from the competition. The construction of the Port in Porto Romano is financed by the State Budget and is worth 400 million euros excluding VAT.
