The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, today attacked journalist Sokol Balla, saying that he stole together with former Deputy Prime Minister, Belinda Balluku.
In his statement to the media, Berisha ironically said that Balluku and Balla did not have a divorce due to theft, as according to him, they have endless transactions with corruption money.
"Lubi Balluku, whom he is protecting, is a multidimensional criminal unparalleled in the history of Albania. In addition to her thefts with Rama, with her ex-husband, she is supposedly divorced, but not for stealing. They are together with Colonel Balla for stealing. His transactions are endless," said Berisha.
The DP leader also confirmed that the next opposition protest will be held on the day when Parliament will consider Belinda Balluku's immunity. Although he did not provide many details, he said that no opposition scenario is ruled out.
He stated that many MPs have expressed their desire for sublime acts, isolation and hunger strikes if Balluku's immunity is not lifted, but even this scenario is in question after Berisha once again left the choice to the citizens who will join the protest.
