Gazmend Bardhi has chosen to react through his advisor, Marash Logu, regarding the VNA news where he stated that the letter sent to SPAK was without a stamp and on behalf of a parliamentary group that does not yet exist.
But councilor Logu, running to come to his side, seems to have called his own bluff. To soften his friend's blunder, Logu found a letter from Niko Peleshi from 2024, when he, in his capacity as the chairman of the SP parliamentary group, was proposing names for parliamentary committees. Even Peleshi's letter was only signed, without a seal. Bardhi's councilor does not spare irony, probably responding to the media that published it, "Where does this Niko have his seal or are Rama and Klosi keeping it hidden?"
But out of an excessive desire to throw himself into the fire for every trouble of Bardhi, Logu this time made a comparison that doesn't hold up.
First, Pelesh's letter is dated November 5, 2024, a period when the Assembly had begun work on September 2, 2024 and he had been officially elected chairman of the SP parliamentary group. So, even though without a seal, Pelesh legally had the role he represented.
Meanwhile, Bardhi sends SPAK an unsealed document, speaking on behalf of a parliamentary group that... is unknown, since the new Parliament has not yet been constituted, the groups have not been registered, and the chairmen have not been elected. Moreover, it is not even known whether Bardhi will again be the group chair, which has also become a topic of discussion within the DP due to the great competition.
Second, if Councilor Logu instructs his friend to imitate his opponent, without looking at what the law says, then the two of them together only undermine whatever little seriousness they may have left.
Therefore, the only advice for Councilor Logu is simple: next time, before he pulls out papers to save Gaz, let him check the dates. Otherwise, he risks becoming as ridiculous as his favorite MP, who has not yet been sworn in.
