The Tirana Court has set the security measure of "prison arrest" for Elvis Shkambi, who is accused of being the author of the murder of magistrate Astrit Kalaja in the courtroom, his uncle, Gjon Shkambi, and security employee Banush Koxhaj.
"I was sick, before the parties went through the scanner, I informed the chancellor that I was not feeling well, as I suffer from diabetes. An hour later, the chancellor gave me permission to leave, but I was not replaced," the security guard testified.
The hearings against them were held under strict security measures. Elvis Shkambi is accused of the murder of Judge Astrit Kalaja in the courtroom, a crime that occurred at noon on October 6.
