Two girls, one 34-year-old from Venezuela and the other 24-year-old from Colombia, have been arrested by the Durrës police on charges of practicing prostitution. The blue uniforms discovered an apartment in the city's 12th district that was being used for this illegal activity. The arrested women had rented the apartment precisely for this purpose.
Also, criminal proceedings have been initiated against three other citizens with the initials MA, AA and DT for the crime of prostitution while they are still at large.
As material evidence, a sum of money, suspected to have been earned from prostitution, 6 mobile phones and identification documents of the arrested were seized.
