-Amendment to Decision No. 478, dated 10.7.2019, of the Council of Ministers, "On the security procedure for judges of courts against corruption and organized crime, prosecutors of the Special Prosecution Office and the director of the National Bureau of Investigation".
Point 3 of the decision "On the security procedure for judges of courts against corruption and organized crime, prosecutors of the Special Prosecution Office and the director of the National Bureau of Investigation", is amended as follows:
“3. The personal protection of the presidents of courts against corruption and organized crime and the director of the National Bureau of Investigation is guaranteed through the escort of a basic-level bodyguard and a mid-level bodyguard during the duration of the mandate and for a period not exceeding 2 (two) years after its termination. The personal protection of the head of the Special Prosecution Office is guaranteed through the escort of a basic-level bodyguard and a mid-level bodyguard during the duration of the mandate and for a period not exceeding 3 (three) years after its termination.”.
