A bench was placed at Fan Noli School in memory of Martin Cani, who was stabbed to death by his peer Mario Përlleshaj.
"Today, thanks to the continuous efforts of the "Parents for Quality Education" Group, a memorial plaque was finally placed on the premises of the "Fan Noli" school in memory of Martin Can.
This bench is not only a symbol of remembrance, but also a message of reflection and responsibility for the entire school community and beyond.
"The ornament will stand as a permanent reminder for generations of students to come and the commitment to a safer and more quality education for our children," the Parents Group for Quality Education reacted. The murder of Martin Cani was accompanied by strong protests and calls for increased security in schools.
