Another serious incident among high school students has been recorded in Shkodra, raising concerns about safety and the escalation of violence among teenagers, which is now also involving cold weapons.
The incident occurred on Friday after school, when several students from the Vau Dejës area had arranged to meet to "clarify" conflicts between them. The collision occurred near the vans used for the daily transportation of students to and from school.
Video footage obtained shows that initially two groups of teenagers were involved in a physical altercation, while the situation escalated when one of them was seen with a knife in his hand, attempting to attack his rivals.
Fortunately, no injuries from the use of cold weapons were reported in this incident. The intervention of a woman helped to end the conflict, avoiding more serious consequences.
Police arrived at the scene, but according to sources, there was a lack of cooperation in providing information, both from the students involved and from the van drivers who witnessed the incident.
Preliminary data indicates that the conflict had started a few days ago, while just a week earlier there had been another clash near the "Shejnaze Juka" school, where two teenagers were injured.
