Tragedy in Lezha. After her son dies, a 72-year-old woman decides to end her life by hanging herself. According to the police, the incident occurred in the village of Lalm i Ri, where 42-year-old Aleksandër Marku was found without signs of life in his shop.
It was initially reported that there were no signs of violence on his body. However, his mother, as soon as she learned of her son's death, hanged herself in her apartment.

At around 19:30 yesterday evening, in the Gurra neighborhood, Lezha, in his tool shop, citizen AM, 42 years old, resident of the village of Lalm, Lezha, was found without signs of life. Initial investigative actions did not reveal any signs of violence and it is initially suspected that the death was due to natural causes.
Meanwhile, it is suspected that his mother, citizen PM, 72 years old, after receiving the news of the loss of her son's life, in a serious psychological condition, is suspected of having hanged herself, who was found lifeless by family members in the premises of the apartment in the village of Lalm i Ri, Lezha.
The bodies have been sent to the Institute of Forensic Medicine in Tirana, for forensic examination and the exact determination of the cause of death.
