Vlora police arrest father and son, who are suspected of the incident that occurred 3 weeks ago in Vlora, where a quantity of explosives exploded at the door of the house of 63-year-old Bakie Zoto, mother of Gentjan Zoto, the latter sentenced to 35 years in prison for the assassination attempt on Inez Hajrulla.
Divid Goxhaj, 59 years old, and Ferdinant Bombaj, 29 years old, father and son, residents of the village of Babicë e Madhe in Vlora, are suspected of the criminal offenses of "Destruction of property with explosives", committed in collaboration, and "Theft".

The incident that occurred 3 weeks ago in the city of Vlora, where a quantity of explosive material exploded at the gate of a house, is being clarified.
As part of the police operation codenamed "Objektivi", finalized by the Vlora Police Commissariat and the investigative structures of the Vlora DVP under the direction of the Vlora Prosecutor's Office, the suspected perpetrators, a father and son, were identified, located and arrested.
Following the investigations into the incident that occurred on 29.11.2025, where a quantity of explosive material exploded at the outer gate of a citizen's apartment, the services of the Vlora Police Commissariat and those of the Vlora Local Police Directorate organized and finalized the police operation codenamed "Objective".
As a result of intensive and professional investigative actions, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Vlora, two citizens (father and son) were arrested for the criminal offenses of "Destruction of property with explosives", committed in collaboration, and "Theft", specifically:
DG, 59 years old, resident of Babicë e Madhe, Vlora;
FB, 29 years old, resident of Babicë e Madhe, Vlora.
Preliminary investigations suspect that these citizens have been keeping a "Volkswagen Golf Plus" vehicle in their apartment, which was found to have been stolen in the city of Elbasan.
Then, on 29.11.2025, this vehicle is suspected to have been used by these citizens to approach the apartment of citizen BZ, where it is suspected that a quantity of explosive material was placed at the outer gate of the apartment, which then exploded.
After the incident, the vehicle used by these citizens was found burned in the village of Babicë e Vogël, Vlorë.
The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecution Office for the relevant criminal offenses, while investigations continue to fully document the event and identify other possible persons involved.
