The serious incident occurred this morning in the town of Maliq, where the apartment was engulfed in flames. The children's mother was unable to get out of the apartment in time and died as a result of asphyxiation. The children were rushed to the hospital due to the burns they suffered, where unfortunately the 14-year-old did not survive.
