After the searches in the apartment and office of businessmen Artan Dulaku and Genard Kastrati, as part of the investigations into the Limion Port in Saranda, SPAK has ordered other searches in the apartments of several former officials.
BKH investigators have searched the apartment of Belioza Çoku, former director of the cabinet of former Minister of Defense, Olta Xhaçka. Searches have also been carried out at the apartment of OSHEE administrator, Enea Karakaçi, and citizen T. Balili.
The list of people who have been subject to checks also includes former SP MP Bardhyl Kollçaku. The latter was previously questioned by SPAK in connection with this matter.
The Limion Port naval base in Saranda, which was granted under concession, was seized by decision of the GJKKO in 2023. At that time, the testimony of the former Minister of Defense, Olta Xhaçka, was also taken.
