VNA has obtained audio that sheds light on the clash in the courtroom between lawyer Ulian Bajrami and prosecutor Gjergji Ceka, which ended with the lawyer's arrest yesterday.
In the audio recording, lawyer Bajrami is heard strongly objecting to the evidence presented against his client, which he describes as false. During the debate, he states that he will personally deal with the prosecutor and warns of filing a lawsuit against him.
In the same audio, Judge Megi Strakosha intervenes to draw attention to the unacceptable language used by the lawyer in the courtroom. She warns him that if he continues with the same behavior, he will be removed from the hearing and his client will be assigned a lawyer by default.
