
The acting Director of the State Police, Sokol Bizhga, signs the first order through which he suspends from duty Ulian Shpataraku, one of the most trusted people of the former police chief, Ilir Proda.
The reason for the dismissal was "failure to report regularly to duty".
Ulian Shpataraku, who served as Assistant in the Department of Information Technology at the State Police, was among the officials closest to Proda, part of his cabinet and had earned several ranks for "special merits".
