Two people are arrested, while the other 4 are being processed at large after a fight that ended with gunfire.
The perpetrator who fired the gun, endangering the lives of passersby, and a 30-year-old man who was driving the vehicle from which the perpetrator fired the gun ended up in handcuffs.

The police operation codenamed "Quick Response" is being finalized. The incident that occurred yesterday at the Kombinat is being clarified and documented.
He fired a gun at the vehicle in which two citizens were traveling, after a conflict with them for weak motives, endangering the lives of passers-by in the vicinity, the perpetrator is in custody.
A 30-year-old man was also arrested, suspected of driving the vehicle from which the perpetrator fired the gun.
The vehicle used by the perpetrators during the incident has been seized, while work continues to find the firearm.
Following the investigative actions for the incident that occurred yesterday, at around 12:10, in Kombinat, where a gunshot was fired at the vehicle in which citizens RK, 38 years old, and Zh. K. were traveling, the specialists for the Investigation of Serious Crimes, in cooperation with the Operational Forces of the Tirana DVP and with the Police Commissariat No. 6, within the framework of the “Quick Response” operation, arrested and handcuffed the citizens:
• O. A(V)., 28 years old
• SB, 30 years old, both residents of Kombinat
Also, citizens RK, Zh. K., FK and BM were criminally prosecuted. Preliminary investigations have shown that the 4 citizens prosecuted had a physical conflict with the 2 perpetrators of the incident. After the conflict, for weak motives, citizen O. A(V). fired a gun at the 38-year-old's vehicle, while citizen SB was driving the vehicle from which the 28-year-old fired a gun.
The shootings only caused material damage.
The procedural materials were referred to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for further action.
