The photo of Edoardo Sarchi, the Italian who was shot to death in the village of Salari, Tepelena, owner of the company "TEGOLA EDILCENTRO", has been published.
According to Open Data, the company in question has expanded its activity into the production and wholesale and retail trade of bricks and tiles and other products.
The possibility that its execution is related to competition cannot be ruled out.
The 44-year-old had lived in Tirana for two decades and was in the Salaria area for hunting, along with several other people.
Sources indicate that the suspected perpetrator stepped out into the middle of the road in a wooded area and fired in the direction of the vehicle where the victim was, raising suspicions that it was an organized ambush.
After the shooting, the driver of the vehicle continued on the road at high speed to escape the attack. The incident occurred in a place called "Dilan", at around 00:30.
Police have escorted several people for questioning, while a citizen with the initials GB has been declared wanted as the main suspect in the execution. Investigations are focused on the possibility of a personal or economic conflict.
