The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction in Tirana is requesting the confiscation of the assets of citizen ID, arrested by German authorities for the criminal offense of "Production and sale of narcotics", as provided for in Article 283 of the Criminal Code.
From the investigations into property proceedings no. 01 of 2025, it resulted that this citizen was previously internationally wanted by Interpol Wiesbaden/Germany for the criminal offenses of 'Trafficking in narcotics' and 'Possession and sale of weapons of war and ammunition' provided for by the German Criminal Code.
The data showed that this criminal activity was carried out during the years 2019–2020, an earlier period in time compared to the investments for the purchase of real estate. Referring to the international search warrant, the subject's involvement in several episodes of the sale and purchase of narcotics is evidenced, an activity that has generated considerable financial income.
In the detailed financial analysis, it is noted that the total value of the verified income of citizen ID and his family members is less than the total value of the investments and personal expenses made by this citizen and his family members and is suspected to come from criminal activity.
As above, the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction, Tirana, concluded that citizen ID and his family members are financially unable to make investments in the purchase of immovable and movable assets for which he requests confiscation as follows:
- Real estate type "field", with an area of 850 m2 located in Zall Herr, Tirana;
- Property "unit", with a gross area of 98.8m2; and
- 2 "parking lots", built according to the building permit for the 1-2-9 floor building + 1 floor underground, on 'Blu-Kamëz Boulevard' street.
