The Special Court rejected the request of senior State Police official Ervina Gjana for the return of mobile phones during the search of her apartment and that of her cohabitant Renato Hristic. Eight mobile phones and two laptops were seized in the apartment.
The checks were carried out as part of the investigation into the criminal group at AKSHI. Businessmen Ergys Agasi and Ermal Beqiri have been declared wanted as the leaders of the group, while the director and deputy director of AKSHI are under house arrest.
