A rock mass has broken off the mountain slope and fallen onto the road connecting Gjirokastra with Tepelena, blocking traffic on the "Black Stair" axis. The incident occurred as a result of atmospheric conditions with heavy rainfall.
Emergency services are working to remove the debris and restore normal traffic. In the meantime, the road is operating in one direction.
