The Constitutional Court is holding a meeting of judges to review Prime Minister Edi Rama's request to lift the suspension from office of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure Belinda Balluku.
Rama claims that the Special Court has interfered in the affairs of the executive, the president, and the Assembly, while removing his right to exercise his duties.
Balluku is accused of abuses with the Llogara tender and lot 4 of the Grand Ring Road.
