The police confirmed VNA's news about the clashes in Fushë Kuqe and Dobraç, Shkodra. Two wanted by SPAK, Elvin Merlika and Alket Xhixha, were arrested in Fushë Kuqe.
Elvin Merlika is accused by SPAK of participating in the plan to kill Indrit Doklen, an event ordered by Ervis Martinaj, the gambling kingpin who has been missing without a trace since August 2022.
