Tirana police have arrested Erisjaldo Gjuta, 22 years old, the boyfriend of the 18-year-old who shot himself a day earlier at the "Gjuta" hotel in the Sauk area.
According to the police, the young man is accused of the following criminal offenses: "Failure to report a crime", "Actions that hinder the discovery of the truth", committed in collaboration, and "Unauthorized possession of explosive weapons and ammunition".

The girl, who was alone in the room, shot herself. According to the investigation, Sajmir and Erisjaldo Gjuta were outside the room and heard the gunshots. When they entered, they found the girl injured and together with Mirvete and Vladimir Gjuta they tried to clean up the scene, hiding the gun and washing away the blood. Afterwards, Mirvete and Elvir Gjuta took the girl to the hospital, preparing a false statement that they had found her in the Economic District.

The following were arrested: Mirvete Rexhmati Gjuta and Vladimir Gjuta.
Wanted: Erisjaldo Gjuta, Sajmir Gjuta (49 years old) and Elvir Gjuta (24 years old).
Sources indicate that Erisjaldo Gjuta is the son of Sajmir and Mirvete Gjuta, while Vladimir is his uncle and Elvir his cousin.
Investigations into the incident continue, while police are working to locate and seize the weapon used.
