The person in the photo is Dalan Alliaj, the 36-year-old who was killed yesterday evening in the village of Gjorm, Vlora, after being shot with five bullets by his cousin, Bertil Alliaj.
Alliaj was the administrator of the Allidagu company in Fier, with activities in the production, processing and distribution of food, animal breeding on agro-livestock farms, trade in live animals, and vehicle service and trade.

Bertil Alliaj shot and killed his cousin near his apartment for reasons that are still unclear. After the incident, the perpetrator fled to the mountainous area of Gjorm, but was arrested a few hours later by the police. The 36-year-old's body was found by family members and then transported to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The author was questioned for about an hour, but refused to give the reasons for the conflict. He stated:
"I killed him for a strong reason that I can't say. I had told him several times that he should react. Maybe later I will talk about the reason, but now I'm not ready."
