Interpol extradites Hajrulla Xhivini from Italy. According to the Police, during February 2024, Xhivini repeatedly threatened, due to his duty, the judge of the Lushnja Administrative Court.
Xhivini was also one of the candidates for Director General of the State Police.

Cooperation with counterparts continues, within the framework of Operation "The Wanted", to finalize the extradition procedures of citizens captured abroad.
-A citizen who, during February 2024, repeatedly threatened, due to his duty, the judge of the Lushnja Administrative Court, is being extradited from Italy.
-A citizen wanted for the production and sale of narcotics is extradited from Germany.
1-As a result of the cooperation of Interpol Tirana with Interpol Rome, within the framework of the operation “The Wanted”, for the capture of citizens on international wanted list and their extradition, the procedures for the extradition from Italy of citizen H. Xh., 42 years old, resident of Tirana, were finalized.
The Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction of Tirana, in 2024, assigned him the security measure “Arrest in prison”, for the criminal offenses “Threat due to duty” and “Disturbance of public peace”. Citizen H. Xh. is accused of having repeatedly threatened, via mobile phone, due to duty, citizen EL, judge of the Lushnja Administrative Court, and protested before the High Court.
