During the devastating fire that swept through the Delvina area, a camera captured a touching image: an abandoned horse, which had fallen prey to the flames. The sight did not go unnoticed by local specialists, who reacted immediately after receiving notification of the animal's serious condition.
The Veterinary Inspector of the Municipality of Delvina, Artan Alinani, together with representatives of the municipality, took measures for the medical treatment, feeding and accommodation of the horse.
After prompt intervention and continued care, the horse's health condition has improved significantly and he is out of danger. Furthermore, a German foundation that deals with horse breeding and protection has intervened to take further care of this animal.
The Municipality of Delvina and veterinary specialists appreciate the public's sensitivity to the case, emphasizing that every animal, regardless of the circumstances, will always receive appropriate treatment and attention from the relevant institutions.
