The candidate for the head of SPAK, Klodian Braho, has presented his platform for the leadership of the Special Prosecution Office, stating that the institution's biggest challenges can only be solved with strict implementation of the law. Braho also commented on the previous leadership of SPAK by the two leaders who have been at its head.
"I am in a position where I have to answer for two leaders. The institution has not been the same. I think Mr. Kraja should have been more active in that period, even though the issues required time and it was the first years of its creation. I would have been more active. Compared to Dumani, I would take the positive side. It is harder than that, I do not find a good side in Dumani," said Braho.
