At today's meeting of the High Prosecutorial Council, Doloreza Musabelliu, the only woman in the race for head of SPAK, presented her platform and vision for the institution.
During her speech, Musabelliu emphasized that her motivation to run stems from “desire and sense of responsibility,” underlining that over two decades of experience in justice guarantees a successful direction of SPAK. She promised an independent, determined and results-oriented direction.
The candidate added that she aims not only to investigate criminal cases, but also to improve legal standards, increase transparency and the quality of investigations. One of her main priorities is to build a transparent relationship with the media, while respecting investigative secrecy and the integrity of the institution.
"During the exercise of my duties, I have investigated issues of high sensitivity and public attention, where the media has played an important role. I have always respected investigative integrity, striking a balance between secrecy and the right to information. In leading SPAK, I consider it essential to build a fair and professional relationship with the media, without violating investigative secrecy and the reputation of the institution," declared Musabelliu.
