After the signing of eight security measures for members of the criminal group within the AKSHI, by order of SPAK, several apartments were searched and several mobile phones of Mirlinda Karçanaj's closest associates and businessmen Ergys Agasi and Ermal Beqiri were seized. The latter two have been declared wanted, as a security measure of "prison arrest" has been imposed on them.
At the request of SPAK, the Special Court has approved the requests for personal and residential searches of citizens Gëzim Toska, Renato Hristic, Elon Ciko, Elgerti Bixha, Kreshnik Tërnova, Arjola Koromani, Endri Merkaj, as well as the subject "Merkaj 3".
It has also ordered "permitting the search of the residence and personal search of citizens Ermal Beqiri, Ergys Agasi, Erjon Ismaili, Mirlinda Karçanaj, Hava Delibashi, Andis Papa, Gëzim Hoxha, Rogers Rryta". For these citizens there are security measures ranging from arrest with prison to a ban on leaving the country. "For the persons against whom the search will be carried out, the seizure of items/objects of interest for the investigation, such as mobile phones used or possessed by them, other written documents or items such as monetary amounts, computer equipment or other items of interest for the investigation, which may belong to the criminal offense, is permitted," the decision states.
