At the request of SPAK, the Special Court has imposed the security measure "suspension from duty" on Erion Ismaili, Deputy Director for Criminal Investigation at the Tirana Police.
Ismaili turns out to be a connection to Ergys Agas, against whom there is a security measure of "prison arrest", but it has not been executed yet. The measures are related to the AKSH tenders affair, where the director of the institution Mirilda Karcanaj has been sent to "house arrest", while Ermal Beqiri, a businessman, is in prison.
