The National Bureau of Investigation has conducted an action in the Kodra e Diellit area, as part of an investigation led by the Special Prosecution Office related to suspicions of abuses with tenders of the National Agency for the Information Society (AKSHI).
SPAK has issued an arrest warrant for Ergys Agas, while several security measures have been imposed for other persons involved in the investigation, in connection with the public procurement procedures of the National Agency for the Protection of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
As part of this operation, the security measure "prison arrest" has been imposed on businessman Ermal Beqiri. Mirlinda Karçani is also accused of abusing AKSHI tenders, specifically for procedures related to server maintenance.
SPAK and BKH are expected to provide additional details on the allegations and the full scope of the investigation in the coming hours or days.
