Armando Pali, who was executed this morning in Shkodra, is an employee of the Shkodra Territory Protection Inspectorate. He was previously a member of the Municipal Council.
This morning, Armando Pali was shot with a Kalashnikov rifle inside a bar next to the Municipality of Shkodra. He was killed, while Erogen Vaso, known as Brajović, was injured.
