"Crime Investigation Specialists at the Durrës Police Station arrested in flagrante delicto citizen EV, 41 years old, resident of Shijak, former director of the Durrës AKU. According to the police, he has destroyed various work objects in the institution's premises, as well as used threatening and insulting language towards employees," the official announcement states.
The motives of the incident still remain unclear.
