The Crime Investigation Specialists of Commissariat No. 6 detained citizen S. Ll., 50 years old, after it was determined that in his building (building under construction), in Yzberisht, he had carried out construction work without a permit, in the common area of the building.
Sino Llanaj has often had conflicts and clashes with residents or co-owners of the buildings. In 2021, he was injured in a violent clash with his partners.
