An abandoned bag near the "Galeria" shopping center (ETC) in Tirana has alerted the police. Explosives disposal forces are headed to the scene and are expected to carry out a controlled explosion.
It remains unclear whether the bag was forgotten by a citizen or if there are explosives inside. The entire area has been cordoned off by law enforcement.
