The Durrës Court set the security measure "prison arrest" for Arbër Xhaxhaj, who while driving his car while drunk fell from the Dajlan Bridge, killing the 18-year-old passenger and injuring two others.
Investigations revealed that Xhaxhaj was traveling at 130 km per hour when he lost control and the car went off the road and crashed into a store.
