Residents of the village of Gjorm in Vlora have been shocked by a serious incident that occurred yesterday evening. They say they learned about the incident from television and that they did not hear any shots.
"We heard about it on TV. He hasn't been seen in the village for a while. He's been away, with his own affairs, his own worries. The reason is unknown," said one of the residents.
The incident occurred around 8:00 PM on the street in front of the perpetrator's house, where 36-year-old Dallan Aliaj was killed by his cousin, 32-year-old Bertil Alliaj. Residents add that the reason for the conflict is unknown, while the perpetrator had left the village since 2015 and had not been seen since then.
"The one who lost his life is my cousin. The victim lived in Levan. The perpetrator had problems with the state. We were surprised how he could have come. Maybe he came because his father was sick," they say.
The police have launched investigations to fully uncover the incident and arrest the perpetrator, while family members and villagers remain shocked by the tragic incident.
