The increase in the price of oil has directly affected intercity transportation in Korça. Recently, the price of tickets on the Korça-Tirana line has increased from 7 thousand to 8 thousand lekë, while for a round trip, citizens pay 16 thousand lekë.
Citizens say the situation is becoming increasingly difficult to cope with. They point out that the continuous increase in prices, not only of tickets, but also of everyday products, is significantly burdening the family budget.
This is not the first time that citizens have faced such increases. Previously, prices were also increased for the Peshkopi-Tirana line.
