The conflict over a property issue in the Rrjoll area has degenerated into physical violence, ending with injured people in the hospital.
The owner of the land, Fatmir Shpellzaj, has publicly denounced the incident, stating that his son and a friend were brutally attacked by several people, while according to him, the lawyer was also threatened.
In a public reaction, Shpellzaj says that he spent hours at the Trauma Hospital next to his son, who according to him was severely raped by a group of people.
"I just left the Trauma Hospital, where for hours I stood next to my son, who was brutally massacred by a group of people who, instead of documents, only have violence in their hands. Those who violated my family's graves also violated my son yesterday and this is no longer a property issue," he says.
According to him, the incident occurred one day after he participated in the show "Opinion", where he debated the issue of properties in Rrjoll with people who, according to Shpellzaj, claim ownership of the land without having documents.

The event happened yesterday after I chose to go to defend my truth on the show Opinion in front of several people who have long been creating a false story about Rrjollin, manipulating people's sensitivities and presenting themselves as owners or heirs of a land for which they have no documents.
I always knew who I was dealing with and was prepared for the worst, but they are crossing every legal, moral, and human boundary.
At the Klan television premises, where I was to defend my truth, they barbarically attacked my son, who had only come to accompany me.
They also physically attacked his friend, causing serious fractures to both of them.
Like a gang enraged by the fact that the documents and the law were against them, they dragged her away and raped her in the most severe way, until we ended up in the hospital, where we stayed until morning, so much so that after Mother Teresa Hospital we had to go to Trauma for more specialized treatment.
These people have also threatened my lawyer, the esteemed defense attorney, who yesterday received the most serious threatening phone calls.
I urgently call on the State Police and the Prosecutor's Office to react immediately and bring justice to this barbaric act, because no one can take the law into their own hands.
I apologize to the citizens for this difficult situation that is being created around this issue.
