The Constitutional Court's decision has not stopped Ogerta Manastirli from continuing her round of meetings in Tirana, which seem to be a continuation of the election campaign for the capital's municipality.
Although the process for the November 9 by-elections was suspended after the decision in favor of Erion Veliaj and there is still no new date, the socialist MP is intensifying meetings with Tirana residents, also taking advantage of the opposition's apathy after the GJK's decision.
At times, Manastirliu appears as if she has taken on the role of mayor of Tirana without even being voted in, as she presents herself in every area of the capital to talk about the 2026 budget and planned investments. Her meetings often have a clear campaign nature, like the recent one at a traditional potter's workshop in Farka, where she promoted an old Tirana craft that is on the verge of extinction.
Manastirliu's posts are also regularly published on Prime Minister Edi Rama's profile, which reinforces the idea that the former minister is conducting a structured campaign and not just routine meetings. Otherwise, other Socialist MPs would also be present in his public communications.

Meanwhile, it should be noted that, despite the corruption scandals that erupt every day, Edi Rama continues to organize his structures to keep them ready for any electoral process. On the other hand, the opposition continues to disorganize with the "Speakers" to justify the next loss with the usual refrain "they stole our elections".
