The curtain of protests against the government is lifted. The Together Movement held a protest in front of the Albanian Parliament building today, at 6:00 PM, as previously announced.
The protest focused on the demand for accountability from Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku and Prime Minister Edi Rama, while the Assembly hall was empty, as the parliamentary session had closed in the morning hours.
With numerous banners and slogans, the protesters of the Joint Movement described Prime Minister Rama as the "General of the imprisoned army", while other messages included phrases such as "Rama and Balluku stole our holidays" and "Who sows hunger, reaps revolt".
