The Special Court decided to give 3 hours to the lawyers of the six suspects as part of the AKSHI criminal group, to familiarize themselves with the acts of the file.
The hearing has been adjourned and will resume after the legal defense attorneys are familiar with SPAK's evidence. The criminal group led by Ergys Agasi and Ermal Beqiri, both wanted, with the help of other suspects, including the director and deputy director of AKSHI, manipulated tenders worth millions of euros, by taking businessmen hostage and blackmailing them.
