Today's plenary session in the Albanian Parliament has not yet started, and has been accompanied by tensions and clashes since the first hours. Deputies of the Democratic Party have blocked the Parliament's rostrum, preventing the normal development of the session.
Following their action, the DP deputies decided to sit in the seats reserved for ministers, an action that led to a clash with the Republican Guard, which intervened to restore order in the hall.
