Former SP MP, Xhemal Qefalia, has praised the candidate for the municipality of Tirana, Ogerta Manastirliu. In an interview for A2 CNN, Qefalia emphasized that Manastirliu takes all the tasks he is assigned seriously. To prove this, he informs us that it is enough to see him go to meetings with a pad in his hand.
"This work of the bloc is worth discussing. This shows the attention and care that the candidate has for the municipality. She takes every task seriously, just as she has concretized all the stages that she has gone through," said Qefalia, assuring us that seriousness is measured by the bloc in her hand.
He also added that "she is one of the most successful ladies in Rama's cabinet."
However, it seems that the former MP sees Manastirliu's success in the secret tenders of the Ministry of Health, for which SPAK has launched investigations. SPAK has also opened investigations into the mismanagement and abuse of COVID-19 funds during the time Manastirliu was minister.
Qefalia probably did not have time to read the ALSHA report on Oncology, which for the period in question found a significant shortage of medicines, expired medicines, lack of control over medications, outdated equipment that does not guarantee the correct dosage of medicines, and the laboratory that should certify the medicines did not conduct analyses during the years 2021-2023.
